Sushil Cheema is a storyteller, reporter and photographer based in New York City. Her work has appeared in a number of publications, including The New York Times, where she worked on stories about crane collapses, airline baggage fees and a Red Sox jersey. She also contributed reporting to the the Pulitzer Prize-winning coverage of the Eliot Spitzer scandal. She spent 3 1/2 years on staff at The Wall Street Journal, where she established and ran the very popular House of the Day column and wrote about housing trends for the print and online editions.
Sushil has a master’s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, where she concentrated in new media, and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Columbia University’s Columbia College.
